    Negatives to adding peanut butter, banana and oats to a Whey shake

    Are there any negative effects to adding peanut butter, banana and oats to a post-workout whey shake?

    I have read here that peanut butter can slow digestion down, how significant is this?

    It's a hell of a lot of calories to down at once, but assuming that you're keeping rough track of your calorie intake you'll be fine. Other than that, no negatives
