    Need feedback on my 5-day workout routine

    Hi All,

    I've been working out for more than 3 years now and after alot of experimenting, cross fit and other stuff i've finally returned to the gym. I'm currently following a routine which is basically :

    Monday: Upper strength (low reps high weight)
    Tuesday: Lower Strength ( low reps high weight)
    Wednesday : Rest
    Thursday: Push hypertrophy
    Friday: Pull hypertrophy
    Saturday: Legs

    It feels balanced and it allows me to focus on different muscle groups more than once in a week, however I couldn't really find anything similar on the internet and I'm starting to believe i might be doing something wrong. I would really appreciate some honest feedback!
