When ive been in a deficit for a while and I kinda of mess up and eat anything for a couple days at maintenance or a small surplus. But the thing is my stomach feels more tighter and I can feel less fat when I pinch it the next days.
Why does that happen after ive been on a deficit for a while and then eat alot for a couple days (Mostly carbs & fats and little protein)

No, for example.. Im eating at a deficit for 3 weeks straight (I feel no fat loss however scale goes down). Then I eat at maintenance or in a surplus containing mainly load of carbs and fats for 1 or 2 days but then the next days I feel like Ive lost belly fat because I can feel the difference when I pinch it however scale remains the same.

It can it depends on the situation here is an article on it:-
https://bodyrecomposition.com/fat-lo...ishy-fat.html/
Remember though water weight will disperse on its own if given time it seems though carbs can sometime induce a 'whoosh effect' as it can cause your bodies stress levels to reduce as well as the fact carbs in themselves retain water.
The science is very minimal on this subject but as your body does retain water whilst losing fat (as fat is released from the body through water and carbon dioxide once its chemical compounds are broken down), it makes sense that carbs may absorb water in your body as the word carbohydrates basically means "watered carbon" (equal carbon to water for example C6H12O6 = glucose).
