    Angry Anabolic diet with if?

    So is it possible to do anabolic diet with intermittent fasting? On my refeed day do I eat like gummy bears or rice or pancakes, what do I eat? Been doing if with tuna, greek yogurt, raw eggs, milk and gummy bears post workout but Im not happy. Losing too much muscle mass while not enough fat. Im doing 20/4 eating period. Last time I bulked i gained a bit too much stomach fat now i gotta get rid of it. I seem to be the strongest when I eat beef. I just wanna have a flat stomach again so I can go back to eating carbs daily and have full muscles. Im so mad that losing bf is such a slow process. You can bulk up in like a month and be huge. Would the steak, eggs diet be good for me? Do i do cardio? Whats a good diet for me?

    I shouldnt have ever bulked up naturally. Eating steak without sauce gon taste horrible. One diet I could do is 24 raw eggs so easy but idk if thatd be healthy

    i said this in your last thread too, but your avatar doesn't match your nutritional knowledge at all. what's wrong with normal diets that include carbs? what's wrong with spacing out meals throughout the day? i don't see a real reason to do IF or a weird diet based on your post
