    I'll post video later on but I did get 285lb, so now 290, and hopefully 295 and so on. I squat 345 x 3 boyos" lol when you do an odd lift and you cant even get even remotely close to your basic lift's number.

    Happy for you. I hope you're training your muscles groups at least twice a week; train in a way that you enjoy most importantly, but I do cringe when people say they're doing a body part split.     Delivery didn't last past holidays? Bummer if so. Try looking at warehousing, can eventually slide into driving at some places.

    Why would you do that to yourself? Why not get a full night of sleep and lift after work instead of being tired at work all day? I've never understood these people. It's not even like you're better off long term by waking up at retarded hours, you're just ****ing yourself up. Then they like to brag "oh I'm so committed I wake up earlier than everybody else!"

    Dude, I work in a warehouse and lifting before work is GOAT. I throw between 1200-1500 cases a night and fuk trying to lift after that lol. You should try it, endorphins through the roof, hitting PRs, going to work pumped, feels good man.

    I get mentally foggy and tend to care less about my form if I do it after work. Also, it'd gnaw at me all day. "Oh boy, can't wait to do my favorite thing to do! Well, I suppose I'd better work on this extremely critical workplace procedure for the next 7 hours".

    My family and I are hitting up a buffet, so I popped on this video as opposed to my normal 20min metcon. I lol'd when the instructors were giving encouragement, "Lol, this is active recovery work". I don't push myself hard on these because I'm trying to do aerobic exercise not anaerobic.

    I like how dense my thighs are coz I squat 350 for about 3 or 4 reps and O good morning 215 for 5. All the leg exercises were easy for me but plank and pushups always suck, no fixing that. Nonetheless here's to doing early morning cardio and ouch I was doing this on a concrete patio. Everytime it asked me to get down on all fours I was thinking "this is gonna hurt my skin".

    So I searched tirelessly and found me a skilled trade job that did hire apprentice level guys. I'm officially a low voltage cable guy, I setup fire alarm system, home theaters, and ethernet, and telephone cables. I get paid a comical amount to do this.

    Unfortunately there's no more early morning workouts and the only reason why I'm up early working out today is coz I have some home improvement pronect to attend to. Now, if you'll excuse me, I must do a pull workout, doing lots of hip hinging and yanking.
