Hi all,
What would happen if you switched 400 calories of alcohol over for quality food that is high in protein? Would it impact body composition positively, but not necessarily lead to weight loss?

Weight loss is merely eat x amount of calories less than maintenance it doesn’t mater where they come from, eat the same amount of cals stay the same weight
Granted if youre drinking alcohol in your calories and not meeting min requirements for fat and protein that’s bad, won’t affect weight loss but could cause loss of muscle if done regularlyInsta is username snails.r.us
