creatine age
not needed most people won't recommend to anyone under age 18. Personally I used it since 16 roughly. Its up to you, it surely does work so if you want take 5 grams a day if you can afford it why not right. However the more gains you can make without it, the better. Make sure you take 5 grams a day for a month. This is a good idea for me to make a video about. However, most doctors will even be ok with you using creatine just to make sure you drink plenty of water. I personally gained 36 pounds naturally my first year of lifting and my doctor thought I was taking creatine LOL. However you will probably plateau around 80-90kg without creatine depending on how lean you want to remain.
