Hey guys quick question. Is creatine bad suitable for me to take prior to workouts? I'm 16 years old, 62kg and 5"11.

not needed most people won't recommend to anyone under age 18. Personally I used it since 16 roughly. Its up to you, it surely does work so if you want take 5 grams a day if you can afford it why not right. However the more gains you can make without it, the better. Make sure you take 5 grams a day for a month. This is a good idea for me to make a video about. However, most doctors will even be ok with you using creatine just to make sure you drink plenty of water. I personally gained 36 pounds naturally my first year of lifting and my doctor thought I was taking creatine LOL. However you will probably plateau around 80-90kg without creatine depending on how lean you want to remain.

I think you need to consult with your doctor. It isn't recommended to use creatine for under 18 really. But I am sure that it's in your view. The most important thing is the health condition. If you have some contraindication, don't use it anyway. But if your health is okay and you are sure that you can't reach your aim without creatine, you can try it. It is necessary to consult with a doctor about portions.
