    Cut or keep bulking

    Hi guys i have just completed a 12 week bulking phase and have packed on a fair amount of weight. Im 171 pound and 5 foot 9 Should i continue bulking for another 12 weeks then cut or should i cut now? Cheers for advice

    Not sure how to add photos but i have a couple in my body space cheers.

    Just curious, how much mass did you add in 12 weeks? Ideally in a lean bulk scenario you should have put on no more than about 6 lbs.
    All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.

    I gained 12 kilograms so about a kilogram a week for 12 weeks. I did load creatine and started drinking alot of water in the last 2 weeks.

    Yeah, thats insane... Thats a straight up DIRTY bulk. At most you only added 2-3 kgs of muscle, the rest is just water and fat.
    All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.
