    Club soda with lime bad for your diet?

    Looking to cut beer when I go out. Is club soda with lime good for my diet??? Thanks

    Is this a serious question? Are you talking about club soda and a wedge of lime? Club soda is water (zero calories) and a lime slice probably has about 2 calories in it.

    Your average beer probably has 150+ calories.

    You do the math.
    All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.

    Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.

    I guess there's a misconception out there that all carbonated drinks are bad for you, this is not true. Carbonated water is literally water with bubbles from carbon dioxide which is just air essentially. Sugary sodas, however, are bad for your diet. And don't confuse soda water with tonic water. Tonic water is a sugary drink that may be bad for your diet if you're not accounting for those extra calories/carbohydrates.
