    Fish oil - on it I feel nothing but when I stop taking it I’ll get hip joint pain within a couple days.

    5 HTP - mood is better overall taking it. I randomly bought walking through the supp aisle at walmart. Week later 2 people pointed out I was more talkative and seemed to be in a more positive mood without me telling them I was taking something different.

    Remember when I took my first pre-workout. It was the OG MusclePharm Assault. Took one scoop and felt my skin start to itch, then everything started to itch, and most of all my bunghole/gootch started to get hot and itch. I scratched my skin and it felt like someone had an ice blade cutting through my skin, thankfully that went away after a week of use.

    But in terms of new supps, I took Mr. Hyde and the OG Jack3d, felt like I was a borderline superhero. I now also take Animal Pak Powder as a daily multi. Not sure what the deal is but I had a ton of small health issues before, and now that I’m taking it, they all kind of just went away.

    DAA has a pretty transient effect and after a couple of weeks doesn't really do anything.

    Phenibut is another one that makes a real difference. I take zma and some other things for sleep as well, but once or twice a week I take some phenibut about an hour before I go to sleep. I sleep very deep when I take it and wake up feeling very refreshed. Unfortunately you can build up a tolerance pretty fast so I try to use it sparingly.

    I’ll take some with my preworkout and honestly it’s helped a bunch with soreness but I can’t find anything else saying it does anything to help lifting. I almost want to make it a staple in my “preworkout” stack, I’ve had such good results with it. Strange but whatever.

    I never heard of it used in this way but it sounds interesting. I've taken it with caffeine during the day and it makes me feel a bit more carefree and sociable. Out of curiosity I may have to try it and see where it goes.

    Ya. All the searches I ran made it seem like you shouldn’t lift on it. And it does “relax” me etc in social situations. I think maybe in regards to lifting, it gives me that slight “confident” feeling that I can knock out the last rep or two easily. For those days, I dose it higher than what I usually would and probably shouldn’t take that much, so it might be something to be careful with.

    I just have notes in my tracker that specify the dates I had pheni preworkout because I do feel like it gives me a noticeable boost. Maybe just being looser overall idk

    Again, I’d just stress being super careful, as those days I am taking more than most recommend at once.

    In 25 years of sups only ephedra and protein shakes (To curb cravings). Old-school 90's literal Cell-Tech (Muscletech Creatine) was decent too. Lately (Until they changed it) Mesomorph with DMAA was ok too.
