    How to eat ham in a healthy way?

    Hey -

    How do you get healthy ham? I'm working on a new diet I enjoy. I'd like to add ham, but I know practically everything in your typical grocery store is loaded with sodium. How do you eat ham in a healthy way...or do you just go for other kinds of meat?

    If you want the healthiest diet you're probably better off consuming unprocessed meat.

    Healthiest way to have it that I know of, moderate the frequency or portions of ham you have. Don't have it too often, and don't binge on it - keep things reasonable.
