    EZ curl bar

What's the best bang for the $ EZ curl bar at the moment with the proper bends for doing skull crusher and bicep curls? Is there such thing as standard weight EZ curl bar? Thanks.

No standard, though I believe most quality bars clock in around 30 lbs. Rep and Vulcan would be the go to for bang for the buck.

There is no standard curl bar, they vary greatly, rackable or non rackable, shaft thickness from 25mm on cheaper bars, most quality bars are 28mm,28.5mm or above.

My Rogue curl bar weighs in at a little over 30lb, 28.5mm, non rackable but rackable bars will generally be heavier.

I really like the Rogue bar, but whether it currently offers the best value for money is debatable, the Rep and Vulcan bars are well regarded.

Agree with gym62richard. I own a low-end Ivano bar that I really like, but it's overpriced. If I were buying again, I'd probably go Rep because I like 30mm, but Vulcan looks like a great option as well.

Curl bars are never going to be called upon to hold as much weight and perform like a power bar, so I wouldn't invest a ton. If it feels good and gets the job done, that's all you need. Xmark and Troy seem to make some decent bars as well.

I'm probably going to still say Vulcan, though after recently getting one I will say there's no doubt this is a Chinese-made bar. It's a nice enough bar, but FWIW there's virtually no spin and the finish is mediocre imho.
