    Lifting straps

I have the issue of my grip strength not matching the weight needed for lower body exercises (i.e. squats, deadlifts, etc). I use hex dumbells (got them cheap at Walmart. 🤷🏻‍♀️ hey, I have a tight budget) but I need something to help me hold the heavier weights. I did a quick search on Amazon and I'm a little overwhelmed and confused. Any advice would be appreciated.

    Thanks!

All the nylon lifting straps are pretty much the same as far as I have experienced. Something like one of the top 2 links below would work. The regular straps are cheap, you can try those first and then upgrade to the versa grips if you care to which is the 3rd link.

Cheap straps work fine. I used these for a while with no complaints. Just don't quit working to improve your grip as well
