Hi everybody! So im Oliver 30 years old.
235pounds about 36% bf maybe more.
I have been doing blueprint to mass program as i had great result with it in the past..
Im doing 2 days on 1 days off + half an hours cardio after lifting
Since the last three weeks i ate 1800 calories
Yeah i track and weight everything!

First week i lost 4 pounds... Since then nothing at all...
Yesterday i had a binge of like 2500 cals i losted 2 pounds... Wtf???
I was thinking to get it down to 1500 but dont wanna loose muscle mass cuz i have some under that fat... Some say its too low some say its okey
Some says i should up them to 2200 to loose more...
So yeah im pretty confused here...
The question is... Should i up or down thoses cals
