    Too high? Too low ? So confused

    Hi everybody! So im Oliver 30 years old.
    235pounds about 36% bf maybe more.

    I have been doing blueprint to mass program as i had great result with it in the past..
    Im doing 2 days on 1 days off + half an hours cardio after lifting

    Since the last three weeks i ate 1800 calories

    Yeah i track and weight everything!

    First week i lost 4 pounds... Since then nothing at all...

    Yesterday i had a binge of like 2500 cals i losted 2 pounds... Wtf???

    I was thinking to get it down to 1500 but dont wanna loose muscle mass cuz i have some under that fat... Some say its too low some say its okey

    Some says i should up them to 2200 to loose more...

    So yeah im pretty confused here...

    The question is... Should i up or down thoses cals

    You could be swapping fat for muscle. Run your program for 3 months then have your body fat rechecked.

    Also the 4 +/- lbs you lost could be water weight. Keep trying.

    go lower ... i would stick with 1500 cal pal

    Hasnt moved for 2 weeks then on that day i ate 2500 cals and i dropped 2 pounds on the next day im just trying to figure out..

    Weight can fluctuate a lot from day to day. Focus on your weekly average rather than every day's weigh-in

    Your weight will go up, go down, and stall, all while eating in a deficit, its not unusual. The overall long term trend is what matters, this is the reality of fat loss.

    All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.
