    Cut or bulk

    So I’m 19 6ft tall, weigh 153 with 17.5% body fat. I’m wondering if that BF% is too high to bulk, I’ve been over weight before and I don’t want to get up at 20% again. Any ideas if I should cut to get down to 15% or do a clean bulk especially since it’s around the holidays and my cut might get ruined.

    You're 19 and underweight for your height; lift weights and enjoy the holidays by eating well.

    In other words, you should be growing some muscle right now.
