Hey I'm experiencing some elbow pain and some slight delt pain which has not been due to an injury. I actually stopped working out for a bit and over time I started feeling pain in these areas. I have been tried some tricep stretches, forarm stretches,and delt stretches for a couple of weeks now but it hasn't been improving at all. I have also been trying to stretch my biceps but any sort of stretch I attempt to perform causes elbow pain. Does anyone have any advice on how to relieve the pain?
