Question Elbow pain not caused by a specific injury

Hey I'm experiencing some elbow pain and some slight delt pain which has not been due to an injury. I actually stopped working out for a bit and over time I started feeling pain in these areas. I have been tried some tricep stretches, forarm stretches, and delt stretches for a couple of weeks now but it hasn't been improving at all. I have also been trying to stretch my biceps but any sort of stretch I attempt to perform causes elbow pain. Does anyone have any advice on how to relieve the pain?

If you have joint pain not caused by an injury and it isn't improving you should see a doctor.
