The current study relied on a population-based sample (n = 49 343) of young men aged 18–21 years who underwent conscription assessment for Swedish military service in 1969–1970. The conscription process included a non-anonymous questionnaire eliciting information about drug use.
The current study provides additional evidence to the limited prior literature suggesting cannabis use may contribute to the development of testicular cancer.

Well, studies show marihuana smokers tend to have better sperm quality, so makes sense..
Better sperm quality from bigger testicles => bigger chance that some of the cells develop cancer from it
Same logic as with taller people have a bigger chance of getting cancer, due to them simply having many more cells that might mutate and develop.. numbers game really
