    How to Cycle Tribulus and Other Adaptogens

    I'm looking to keep free test levels as high as possible, naturally. I find tribulus works amazing for 2-3 days, then the effects kind of wear off. I also stack it with Macca, Ashwaganda, HGW etc but they are all adaptogenic so never really lasts.

    Is there a way to cycle multiple stacks? Or if not what is the best on/off routine?

    I'm trying to avoid going down the chemical route

    Okay that sounds pretty logical, and a like a good place to start. I was going to start with 3on/3off, but this would be better if 2 days is enough to recharge their tolerance issues. Thank you

    Never felt anything taking any of that.

    I really believe is completely placebo effect.

    Tried it multiple times.. and... NADA
