I have thought about taking creatine because of all the sales, however, I am still a novice. I have been going to the gym for 11 months, with linear-programming for about 4 (The first 7 months, I did PHUL with no weekly change of weight, I just changed based on how easy it was). Would it be too early for me to be taking creatine, and if so, how long should I wait?
