You have very little muscle development, IMO no its not possible for you to have a six-pack without looking like a skeleton. You should focus on lifting on a proven program and building with a caloric surplus for quite a while.

You're a few years away from your goal.

Even if your arm and chest measurements stay the same (and they won't), you'd look too skinny.
