    Try to post some pics for better advise.
    Basic compound movements are good for all-around size but not a specific area per say.
    I feel DB's are better than barbell for chest because of the range and movement you can do compared to a bar.
    Cable work is nice especially for inner portion of the chest.
    So, DB incline or flat presses
    Standing cable flys
    DB flys
    Barbell work can be done to overload(using more weight than DB's)but do them sirict if you use a bar.
