The front of my body is fairly lean (stomach is flat all the way down to the end of my pelvis and you can see some definiton of the upper abs, chest is defined etc.) and I wouldn't say I look fat at all yet when you look at me from the back, my lower back/glute area is quite chubby and it's always been like that even at my leanest. There is no separation between my lower back and my ass. I'm just not sure why this is and I need some help.
I haven't reached 50 posts yet so I can't attach my pictures but if you're interested in discussing this I can send you the Imgur links in private messaging.
If anyone wants to reply with general help here about lower back and glute fat feel free

Just post the imgur links here and put a space after the https:// or upload to your bodyspace.
Bottom line though is you can't spot reduce fat from specific parts of your body, you can only reduce overall bodyfat and your genetics will determine how/when it comes off.All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.
Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.

Evidence for spot fat reduction is very sketchy, as in practically non-existent. Everyone stores fat differently depending on genetics, so the only option is to reduce overall bodyfat and wait for your problem areas to lean out.
That said, if you have REALLY uneven distribution, it might be worth getting checked out by a doctor. I think that some conditions and medications can lead to it, but that is a very unique situation of course. And if it is very bad, you could consider cosmetic surgery.
