hey guys.. A Big Hello to all.. this is my first post here ..
Am using Muscletech Nitrotech Performance Series .. and i take two scoops everyday and add 1.5 gm extra Creatine to it
is this ok ? because it already has 3g Creatine ... but since i did not do the loading phase .. i am adding extra creatine twice a day
Am weigh around 200 LBS ..97 KG .. with 188 cm height ..
Appreciate guidance from experts..

Do you need to use two scoops of protein powder daily? At your current stats on your Bodyspace page you'd need about 133-166g of protein per day. That's pretty easy to get with diet alone, maybe a scoop. I'd wager that you certainly don't NEED 2 every day.

i take one scoop in morning first thing
and one post workout,. ..
yes i do try to take diet and i am aiming for 200gm of protein a day in order to bulk up as many friends said i shud bulk first and then go for cutting or il loose muscle if i go for cutting now and il look only lean and not muscular

The thing you need to gain weight is more calories, not more protein. 0.7 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight will do it. Some more is okay, 1g per lb of bodyweight has been a popular rule for awhile for example, even though it turns out it may be more than needed.
