I am thankful for my 3 sons. They are still all very young at this point (all under the age of 5), but man, those kids are something special! They make my life worth living and give me a reason to get up each day and give it my all. I want to set the best example that I can for them so that when they grow older, they too will be hard-working men. I want to try to instill in them the best qualities & traits that I can, so each morning when I wake up, I have a fire to be my best. What I am most thankful for is my wife. She is definitely the rock in my life and provides me with so much more than I probably deserve in terms of love & support. She is such a fantastic person who works super hard at everything she does, and I just hope that I can continue to be a good man for her throughout anything she decides to undertake. She is also very understanding of my "need" for the gym each day and she always lets me do my thing to get my fix in.

Lately she has been suffering with a lot of bad headaches and it breaks my heart on days when she is in a lot of pain. So we're hopeful that some new medications will get her feeling back to her old self.

Where do I start. had a few dinners to go to starting with last weekend and finishing It off this weekend. It's always a good reminder to be thankful for something.

So for now on, whenever I eat or walk in my office, I just get a good glimpse of the food to remind myself to be thankful for what I've done up until this point and to also remember to kill it more. Doing some art training with the kids it allows me to think I was their age too, battled a lot, but also a lot was in store and I try to make it easier for them as they grow.
