    The exercise of counting calories is going to be the most effective. Period.

    Beyond that:

    Burpees and variations to make them work more of the body, like adding push-ups, dumbbell presses, jumping, etc.

    Honorable mentions go to thrusters, pull-ups, box jumps, and Olympic lifts.
