my transformation 2018 august -2019 october (thanks zyzz)
it was a hard time for me my first year of lifting i only added about 2 or 3 kg of muscles not more poor diet poor training (2017 june to 2018 august)
then from august 2018 to october 2019 i worked my ass off 5 times a week push pull plan every training day atleast 2 hours of solid high volume training.
(all natural) from 72 kg and 18% bodyfat to 14% 81 kg (my lowest bodyfat ever was 10% on july 2019)
