Even though I'm equipment limited I have cables which take care of pulldowns, face pulls, tri press downs and chest flies or pec deck. I have a junk bench with leg curl and leg extension attachments. I have flat and adjustable benches as well as a rack w/barbells. So that's really all you need to complete the F5 programs. I just squat instead of leg press which is probably better anyways. I also do reverse flies with plates.

Squat rack (echo something I think...)

The new Rogue equipment is unbelievable compared to the stuff at my old gyms. Quick update I think the standard 4 day upper lower is superior to a LULPP. This really seems like overkill but with a home gym 5 days isn't too terrible.
