Hi guys,
So I finally finished setting up my home gym. I started working out about a month ago and now I've hit an obstacle I think I may have injured one of my back muscles. I think it's the rhomboid major it's between my spine and shoulder blade I'm not sure but I probably overworked it I tried to do pull-ups and was maxing out at 3 and was really pushing it and had not then pull ups in a long time today off I didn't feel anything I was fine but the next day I could feel the pain now I'm being really careful not to overreach are use my right arm.
Has anyone any experience with enduring this muscle or recovery? How can I recover faster? What do you guys think I did wrong? That day I did pull ups and I also did barbell rows among other exercises. Any advice is appreciated. I am very serious about getting in shape and do not want this to stop me.
