Can anyone recommend iphone app for workout programs designed for doing big booty workouts, like a checklist to keep track of?

You'll probably have better success making your own program without using an iphone app program as those most likely are not going to have a significant amount of resistance training that will actually be effective.
Example program:
1. Full squats to help target glutes/hams/quads (if you want some leg development too).
2. Bulgarian split squats with your front leg way in front of you and leaning over in the bottom position. Your front leg should be far enough in front that you cannot lock it out fully at the top. This will help load the glutes very well in a maximally stretched position
3. Barbell hip thrusts holding the peak contraction for a second as this will maximally load the glues in the fully contracted position.
4. Abductor machine or cable abductors.
