NEED to heal severe chronic fatigue.

    Hello all!

I'll try to make this as short as possible. I have had an immense interest in bodybuilding/strongman/martial arts/strength training for many, many years now. I've amassed a wealth of knowledge on said subjects and everything involved. Nutrition, particular programs, efficiency in getting the fastest results etc. I don't mean to "toot my own horn" so to speak, in essence - I know what I'm doing.

On the other hand, I have, and have had severe chronic fatigue for as long as I can remember. In addition to that, I've been a boarderline, if not full blown alcoholic for over a decade. I have, however stopped drinking for quite some time now and am in a really good place mentally. I most definitely will not be touching another drink in my life.

In this time I've cured my depression (for the most part) only watching educational/motivational videos such as Ed Mylett and others, instead of watching garbage or porn lol. Also walking everyday.

Still, I am SEVERELY lacking energy all the time. I desperately want to get back into bodybuilding/strongman, as well as Mui Muay Thai. BUT I absolutely HAVE to cure (and I mean completely) my chronic fatigue like as this second, otherwise I'm destined to fail.

Apologies for such a long post. Not long ago though I'd be to hung over or not bothered to post this, so.

Any and all responses are much appreciated. Cheers for reading all this!

Try doing a few hours of cardio each week, zone 2 use a HR band to make sure its not too intense.

    Cheers for the response mate!

I have a punching bag that I intend to use. Perhaps not quite cardio like intense cycling, but good cardio nonetheless.

I suppose the problem is the statement"intend to use" rather than "am using" lol.
