did i push it too far? is this normal

so today, Friday of Mad Cow, im on week 3 of my reset, meaning next week will match my PR... yall know how it goes.

anyway,i start with squats, i do my set of 3, and move on to the set of eight. i decide to do them nice and slow, and a pause at the bottom. working my ass off, well on the 8th rep, on the way up (almost did not have enough in the tank to finish) i started getting a head ache. immediately my teeth became numb, started sweating a HELL of a lot more than i was, and almost thought i was nearing the END......

this normal? i dont like this feeling. head still hurts.

Never experienced that myself, but it sounds to me like an exertion headache.

Fairly short article, but it gives you the idea. How’s your hydration?

Had my first exertion headache a few weeks ago. Take it easy for a few sessions stop using any preworkout. Likely it'll not come back if you do. If you feel the start of one coming... hit the showers.
Faith in Jesus first and faith in squats second.
Then other details will start to slot themselves into place.
Diet restarted Monday Oct 28th@76.8, Dec 7th@73.4, target 69.x Kg.
