    How is my progress? Rate my program please.

    Hey guys,

    been working out for about a year and a half and I would like to have your opinion on my progress.
    I am currently weighing about 170 lbs with a height of 5'10

    What do you think about my body fat percentage?

    My weekly routine consists of:

    Monday: Upper

    Tuesday:Lower

    Wednesday:Upper

    Thursday: Lower

    Friday: Upper
