Starting I was 116lbs/13 years old/5'2, in late August of this year. I would do PPL but would usually have to take one or two extra rest days somewhere in the week due to fatigue. I skipped deadlift due to bad form, and squats because I was scared. I only have a 18lb Weider threaded and a bad weight bench.
Bench: 40lbs x 5
Never Squatted
Deadlift: 80lbs x 5
OHP: 40lbs x 5
In late September I started to eat at maintenance and count calories. These are my lifts
Bench: 60lbs x 5
Never Squatted
Deadlift: 90lbs x 5
OHP: 40lbs x 8
In mid October I kept eating at maintenance and attempted my first PR.
Bench: 100 x 1
Front Squat: 40lbs x 3
Deadlift: 110 x 4
OHP: 45lbs x 3
Onto present day at the beginning of November, I started a 5x5 full body routine 3 times a week. I started eating 2600 Cal on an off day and 3,000 cal on training days. I am currently 110lbs, started at 106lbs. I have been sick for the past two days. These were my 1RM before the day before I was sick.
Bench: 130 x 1
Front Squat: 80lbs x 2
Deadlift 140 x 1
OHP: 70lbs x 1
Pull ups: 5 reps
What should I change? What am I doing wrong? I am now 110lbs/ 5'2/14 years old. It's been about 3 months since I started.
