Turned 47 this year and I'm trying to get back into shape. My biggest problem I can seem to find a program I can stick to, any advice on how to turn this dad-bod into good-bod!?
Age should be no restriction, I'm slightly older than you... head over to Workout Programs and look at the routines we recommend in the "sticky threads" at the top of the forum page.
There are also stickys to read in the Nutrition and Exercises forum. Knowledge is power. Of course we are always willing to answer any questions you may have after looking at these - but they save us some time answering the same old questions over and over.
