Way too skinny for my size. Help

Im a teen that is 174cm in height (5'7 ft) and only weigh around 58kg (127 lbs). I am VERY skinny for my size to the point that my spine sticks out as well as my rib cage. I currently eat very unhealthy and not very often. I am thinking of starting a dirty bulk and starting a 5x5. If there anything I could change about my nutrition or program? Should I be doing a healthy bulk? Should I be doing strength or hyperthrophy traning?

    Thanks in advance

Just eat a lot, no need to dirty bulk... You are very skinny and unmuscular, so you can eat tons and still not get fat. I guess you could get in the mindset of the dirty bulk, but it's a bad habit for later on.

I'm not trying to be mean, but at 14 years old (that's what your profile says) you don't need to be thinking about "dirty bulks". You need to eat what your mother cooks, then eat seconds, if still hungry. Nothing wrong with getting started in the gym, if you don't ego lift.

You literally just answered your own question. You said you don't eat very often, then eat more, a lot more.
