So I have been unhappy with my weight for awhile now, but never known how to deal with it. I'm not overweight or anything but I want to be fit so I can play multiply sports(boxing and football mainly) and feel less self conscious about my body figure. Im fifteen now and weigh 180 pounds. Maybe it's my fault but I just don't understand how to get fit. I really just want someone to explain it to me and give me a basic workout schedule so i can lose the weight. Please if anyone can help me, any advice is helpful.
