So I want to start supplementing again and I wanted to take a new approach by mixing my own preworkout. I'm looking to drop weight and increase strength. I've been shopping around at bulksupplements.com and I was looking at the following:
Creatine monohydrate
L-Citruline DL-Malate 2:1
EAAs
Beta alanine
Matcha powder (for the stimulant)
L-Arginine a-Ketogluterate
L-Carnitine (one or more different strains)
L-Glutamine
CLA
Looking for any advice on dosages and whether or not this would be overkill, dangerous, a waste of money, do all these things play nice together, etc. Would appreciate any words of experience or wisdom thanks again.
