Then don't eat 'healthy' then.
Read this first and foremost:-
https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showt...hp?t=173439001
Once implementing the info in the link you will be hitting most of your micros, protein and fats and then all you need to do is hit the caloric level that causes weight gain the source of food where that comes from makes very little/ to no difference for body composition.

OP, what is "unhealthy" in a bacon cheeseburger? BE SPECIFIC.
What is "unhealthy" about a pizza with meat and veggies? BE SPECIFIC?
What is "unhealthy" about a homemade milkshake made with ice cream, milk, and a dollop of peanut butter? BE SPECIFIC (you can get no sugar added ice cream if your sugar phobic)

$10 for 2 whopper meals is always a great value.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

In this case, you need to add high-calorie but healthy food to your daily diet. As you do not have enough appetite to consume enough food to get the calorie amount you want, the best thing is covering the required calorie amount within the food you consume..So the best thing is adding high-calorie food to your diet as Tofu, Nut varieties, Chickpea and grain varieties..However, appetite depends on various reasons and you have to plan your meal preparation, serving and garnishing according to your preference to enhance the appetite

Chicken, steak, and other meats for protein. Oats is an awesome way to get in calories (350 cal/100g), brown rice and pasta. I normally don't recommend mas gainers, but try and get one with little to no sugar! There are high quality ones available these days.
Example:
Quality mass gainer (400 cal)
oats (350 cal)
full cream milk (300ml has 250 cal)
add a few spoons of peanut butter and a banana and you have around 1200 calories.Motorhead!

I recommend eating food.
But seriously, follow IIFYM, make sure you get at least the minimum protein and fats and fill the rest with what you want.
As others have said, peanut butter is a great go to (nuts in general are great as they are calorie dense). Stick some olive oil on your meals is a good way to bump up cals too.B/S/D: 200/340/360
