Why is everyone (ok, not everyone) seemingly so obsessed with their bf%? In all the 16 years I've been lifting and adhering to hard conditioning (with slight appearance fluctuations), I've never once cared to know what my bf% was. I hadn't intended on competing though. When you're looking to get on stage, it's a different animal

It's not enough to take measurements or look in the mirror (not being sarcastic)? It might be more accurate than body fat calipers or supposed body fat scales, courtesy of your local gym.

Never tested and never cared. The mirror tells me everything I need to know.

Well, all your years of hard work, your incredible commitment to heavy training and knowledge of nutrition has paid off...that goes without saying! I have to give you much credit for all you've accomplished, because I can understand how rough it can be at times! Us women typically do have to work harder to get to a certain level. I've always admired that look, and think it's feminine and sexy on a woman!
