    Reduce b/f. Reclaim life

Starting a journal to track my weight loss journey, to seek advice and to hold myself accountable to a larger group of fitness enthusiast.

    My Profile: Male, Age 35, Weight 84kg (185lbs), Height 178cm (5ft 10in), waist size 86cm (34inch), body fat ~25%.

Went through a horrible divorce earlier this year and started eating/drinking as stress relief.

In Aug'19, I finally stood on a weighing machine.
Was shocked (although bit expected) to see scale reading 90.5kg (~200lbs).

For as long as I can remember I had body physique which resembled 22-24% body fat.
Due to bad eating habits and no exercise in last few months, b/f had gone up 28-30% by Sep'19.

For last few weeks I am doing light exercises 4-5 times a week and have improved eating habits.
My waist size has reduced from 36inch to 34inch, and b/f by ~4%.

Exercising first thing in the morning has changed my life.
I finally have something to look forward to.

My short term target is to drop b/f to ~15%.
