Post (Home Workouts) Need help getting back on track

    Hello everyone,

    Here's my story

    I'm 26 years old, 170cm(5'7"), currently 81.2kg(179lbs) 27% BF
I'm not new to working out, I've been working out since 2015 and I was at 69kg, 15~17% bf until mid 2018.
my downfall started around that time, due to extreme stress and depression, I stopped working out and was busy with college and moving countries (was in Japan back then), I moved back to my country around march 2019, been job hunting since and never had enough money for a gym subscription nor healthy foods. I weighed myself today in the morning and found out that I weight 81.2kg with 27% bf. Now this is bad and depressing, but I'm willing to start again now. Fortunately I was able to find a job now, a typical 9 to 5 job with an unfortunate long commute. I'm usually back at home around 7
I need help with Home Workouts and possibly meal prep advice for this kind of routine.
I currently drink a protein shake for breakfast, have fruits around noon with another protein shake.

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated

    Thank you in advance
