I’m 18 years old and I’m 5’7 and I weigh 130 lbs. My bicep is current around 11.5 inches and I want to just get bigger. I’ve been working out consistently for the past 3 weeks. I’ve been taking the whey protein from Costco after all of my workouts. How should I go about gaining weight and putting on muscle mass?

Need to stop thinking in terms of weeks. It will take 6 months and you'll need to gain 15lbs for you to see legitimate differences. Right now focus on getting stronger and more proficient at your workout program. Size will come.
