Well, think if you had to transcribe an eternal life-salvation document into another language... would you hire the likes of someone like Jobs to run Apple, or someone like Trump to run a casino in Atlantic City in the 90's? Maybe a Trump got the gig? You think everyone is a Jobs at their job?
As for your other question, in regards to hypocrites:

and lets focus on this question: youre not saying why. i asked the basis and you avoided the question again by not giving the basis. ill ask again:""""whats your basis for being a hypocrite before? """

Here ya go. I'll start with an article that i've sent to friends who don't have the dietetic background I do. Surprisingly this is well written and fact-based.
https://www.menshealth.com/nutrition...ie-fact-check/
Next, this is a podcast a buddy linked which pretty thoroughly dismantles the "documentary."

Lastly, i'll leave you with a comprehensive analysis from Lane Norton which completely ethers the nonsense presented by Game Changers.

I know you kinda thought you had me here, but unfortunately this is actually my field of study, years of work, and ongoing education. Good day.Psych & handcuffs

Wat? The Bible is here so therefore its contents are true? Do you ascribe the same to other religious texts, such as The Quran, The Tipitaka, The Agamas, The Seven Valleys and The Four Valleys, The Kojiki, just to name a few? Why are those texts wrong and The Bible is correct?
Also, do you not think that as a species we've grown to be more informed in general, especially in the sciences? You think Homo erectus could explain hurricanes using scientific measures or maybe thought it was some divine intervention?
Chit, just the other week I was at a photo shoot and people were outside talking about a UFO. One of the cameramen brought out his telephoto lens, and it turned out to just be a weather balloon 20 miles in the sky.
If this were 1920, everyone would be going home telling their family about the spaceship they saw. If this were 1920, you'd also still think smoking cigarettes is not dangerous to your health.
Why does the concept of evolution in thought apply to everything except for Biblical authors? I mean, I ain't trying to test your faith, but you'll need a little better talking points if you expect me to subscribe to the same.
As for vegetarian/vegan, yes, an ethical vegetarian is a hypocrite because animals farmed for dairy and egg are in many cases treated more inhumanely than animals farmed for meat.djt = light

So you're a full time cop, full time correctional officer, full time grad student, and you still find the time to pick up the hottest chicks at the bar every night and post in the misc? You're Superman.
Even your own source (Men's Health) says that eating 1 hot dog daily will increase the chances of colon cancer. Their beef is that the movie said it was 17% and one guy claims it's not that high but it is an increase, facepalm.jpg.
Then they admit HCA's cause cancer, but if you marinate your meat in vinegar and eat your meat with fruit and vegetables, you can reduce your risk of HCA's? Heh, how about skipping the meat altogether? Like, I ain't gonna tell you that you should bang chicks with HIV because a condom will significantly reduce your risk of contracting HIV.
And lol @ saying all the top vegan athletes in the movie are just anecdotes and being sleazy by suggesting the movie was trying to imply that plants are superior for athletic performance. No, the movie was debunking the bs lie you've been told your whole life that animal protein is mandatory for gaining muscle.
I lol @ the industry scattering like cockroaches when the lights come on. That Men's Health article was a joke. This sums it up pretty well, "While it would be easy to blame Men’s Health for publishing an article as scientifically inaccurate as its review of The Game Changers, I believe the fault ultimately lies with the animal foods industry, which spends billions a year (including taxpayer dollars) to reassure us that their products are not only safe, but a necessary part of a healthy diet."
Will read the Norton one later, though, thanks for the links. I'm sure that will be much better, but he's been indoctrinated by the system, too, so...djt = light

fat-soluble vitamin listen (… SOL-yoo-bul VY-tuh-min)
A vitamin that can dissolve in fats and oils. Fat-soluble vitamins are absorbed along with fats in the diet and can be stored in the body’s fatty tissue. They come from plant and animal foods or dietary supplements. Vitamins A, D, E, and K are fat-soluble.

I think that folks have their hearts in a good place with vegetarianism/veganism but let's be real, animals still die from farming plants too. Death is inevitable when it comes to farming anything. You're going to be killing all sorts of small animals that live in the fields before, during, and after harvesting the crop. That's just reality. Oh and bugs too of course:
The topic of bugs is something that I always bring up with vegetarians/vegans. Why is the life of a bug less important than the life of some other animal? It's ridiculous and hypocritical.
Quick story:
If anyone spends time around Lake Erie you likely know about the mayflies. They get everywhere. Literally everywhere. People happily kill them and complain about them. Of course it's argued that they're an annoyance but is that really the standard that vegetarians and vegans use? If it annoys them it's okay to kill it? The hypocrisy is ridiculous when you see people crying over fuzzy little animals and cute looking cows, boohoo, so sad.
Now don't get me wrong, I think that you should do whatever floats your boat. Don't want to eat meat? Don't. Want to kill bugs? Do it. Want to kill the countless animals that are killed during harvests? Cool. But don't cry about one and not the other. Where is your integrity?

11-20-2019, 12:30 PM #88Fat-soluble vitamins will not dissolve in water. Instead, fat-soluble vitamins absorb best when taken with higher-fat foods.
I don't know any higher-fat plants? Don't get me wrong you can overeat to get to that part which is why some animal based diets do better than others at different functions. You can argue from a morality perspective, sure. Fact is, animal based high-fat does it better."We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then, is not an act, but a habit." -Will Durant

Multiple generations raised by single mothers will eventually lead to the end of western society as we know it.
They will vote to have the government play 'daddy', since that is the only provider they have ever known.
0-18, government sends checks to whore mother to take care of kids
18-22 takes out a huge government backed loan to go to school for a worthless degree
22+ expects the government to continue to take care of themFree Men Don't Ask
