Any lifting hook with large hook radius like this one?

Unfortunately the above product does not seems ship overseas.
Most lifting hooks have really small hook, they trend to get stuck with rubber coated pull up bars.
My intended purpose is offloading grip force during pull up to alleviate tendonitis.

You might also find it helpful to do pullups with a neutral or angled grip.
