Does anyone know any good high protein burger places in ohio? Oh and I'm not paying 15$ for a burger. I want something for around 7/8$ maximum. Eating canned tuna/greek yogurt/lean meats gets boring after years of doing it and my diet is so clean I could literally eat whatever I want once a day. Sometimes I have pizza, sometimes I have a burger, once a year chinese food cuz its unhealthy, whatever I like i eat but once again my other meals are like 50g of protein and only 250calories each. I do this cuz it works for me, not sure if it will work for anyone else. All my meals are pure protein , 0 carbs and 0 fats, 50g protein and one meal is protein, fats, and carbs and high calories. My meal plan gave me MUCH better results than intermittent fasting/keto. Gummy bears post workout. It keeps me lean, keeps my muscles full so it works for me. If anyone knows a good burger place let me know. Oh and btw if you are trying to lose fat/gain muscle I suggest anyone to try my meal plan. You could add vegetables and modify the diet. You could remove the gummy bears and replace it with fruits. Just free advice to the ppls out there. Even if you are fat as **** you could get your abs to show even if you dont do cardio, just lift weights 1hr a day. Now if you dont eat carbs/fats your metabolism is going to be really slow so you must eat carbs and fats just not as often as protein. All of this is just advice, do whatever the **** you wanna do!

white castle is amazing. I just reversed what i was doing to become 300lbs, back then I was having insulin spike every 45mins. I changed all that to a insulin spike every 24hrs. I took rich pianas bulking advice and went from 175/185lbs to 300+lbs in a couple months and then got injured. Did a bit of experimenting and found the diet that makes me lean again. Might go back to 300lbs someday again. I'm at a lean 220 now and if I carb up for 3/4 days Im at 250. So Im a dry 220 cuz I hardly eat any carbs.

Yep, that'll do it.
He's the same guy who advocated for an 8-hour arm day that would increase your arm size by an inch, right?
Basically any fast food burger will have similar macros. There's not too much you can do with a bun and a patty, if your goal is just a cheap burger then buy the cheapest burger you can. McDonald's would probably be the move thereBP: 280
