    Toughts on Leroy Colbert philosophy?

Toughts on the leroy colbert era programs?
Been watching his videos on youtube lately, he says to do full body workout 3sets/day per muscle groups and 8-10reps everything for "not advanced" and 6setsfor advanced, Example

    Squats
    Bench
    Pullups
    OHP
    Curls
    Skullcrushers

next 2 workouts mix something, like incline BB bench and 3rd workout back to bench, Deadlift and back to squats on 3rd

Over simplistic. But certainly not the worst philosophy.

Training is a lot more nuanced than just do x sets n reps though

For bodybuilding at the advanced level I think moving to an upper/lower split is a much better choice.
