A few things to note. Some asked about his total. He is currently only focusing on bench but has talked about strongman and I suspect he has a decent total.

He was a former Addict/druggy and now an addictions counsellor I think. He has only been lifting for 5.5 years.

He still is t as technical as kirill and I think there is still room for improvement... which is insane as his strength doesn’t seem maxed out yet either.

I think I've seen him squat and pull in the 600-700 range on IG. Nothing crazy but not bad at all considering he is obviously specializing in bench right now.

A huge part of powerlifting is consistency in every aspect of the lift, including setup. Many guys like to have the spotter for all sets because it keeps every aspect consistent. It's obviously baby weight for him, but it's all about the setup.

Everyone should warm up first , start light and work your way up . Notice he didn’t do too many reps ,as it would have burnt him out

Congratulations on the dumbest post I've ever seen on the misc. There is a very small percentage of the population that could hit a 405lbs bench, an even smaller percentage that can hit 500lbs.... this guy just hit nearly 750lbs.

Getting strong takes alot more than "cell tech and eating everything in sight"

agreed, at the same time as well too I think he is trying to save his shoulders as much as possible. all that unracking does put a strain on your shoulders and could reduce his training life so I think he's trying to take all the precautions he can to hit 800 lbs in 3 years
