Sure he’s sold over 10 million books and his papers changed physics but how many Instagram likes does he get for a selfie?

Edit: missed original post but sounds like it was a misunderstood joke.

I think I've seen him squat and pull in the 600-700 range on IG. Nothing crazy but not bad at all considering he is obviously specializing in bench right now.

A huge part of powerlifting is consistency in every aspect of the lift, including setup. Many guys like to have the spotter for all sets because it keeps every aspect consistent. It's obviously baby weight for him, but it's all about the setup.

I think that’s 135? Those look like lockjaw collars , and I doubt their even close to 2 pounds .
Everyone should warm up first , start light and work your way up . Notice he didn’t do too many reps ,as it would have burnt him out

Don't care if he looks fat. Thats over 700lbs. Scary strong.

Half of yall can barely squat/deadlift 400 so imagine adding 300+ on top of that and have it hanging over your chest.

Insane amount of weight! Good for him but I wonder at what cost, he can barely breath at the end of the video and he's just standing talking to a camera.
Maybe because he just bench pressed 744lbs?

You gotta make sacrifices if you wanna be the best in the world. He has already stated that he has a timeline and whatever he doesn't accomplish in that timeline will be left undone for the sake of his health.

He is banned, but even he is not THAT retarded, he would just justify the L by talking about how much hotter he is and how much faster in 4.7 meter sprints.

Crazy how easy that was compared to his last "record"
A young bull and an old bull were standing atop a hill looking at a bunch of heifers in a field below.

The young bull says "Let's run down this hill and fuk one of those heifers."

The old bull replies "No. Let's walk down there, and fuk them all."

Congratulations on the dumbest post I've ever seen on the misc. There is a very small percentage of the population that could hit a 405lbs bench, an even smaller percentage that can hit 500lbs.... this guy just hit nearly 750lbs.

Getting strong takes alot more than "cell tech and eating everything in sight"

agreed, at the same time as well too I think he is trying to save his shoulders as much as possible. all that unracking does put a strain on your shoulders and could reduce his training life so I think he's trying to take all the precautions he can to hit 800 lbs in 3 years
